The fact that you were very descriptive and informational during the inspection made the process extremely value added. In addition to inspecting the home for items operating, major concerns, and safety hazards; you taking the time to describe improvement items (blower for gas fire place and water heater for jetted tub) and home maintenance in great detail was a great touch to your quality of service.
