Jim is wonderful! I am a Realtor serving Anchorage, Eagle River & the Valley and my clients have chosen to use him for 100% of all the inspections I have ordered!

He is prompt, professional, knowledgeable and always goes out of his way to explain things to clients, answer questions and educate them.

Reports are prompt and received before they are expected to arrive. He is also available after the report has been sent should buyers have any questions.
