Jim was incredible and I will never use another inspector again. Very pleasant to speak with and extremely knowledgeable about construction. He's had 10+ years of construction experience as a builder and that gives him a huge advantage as an inspector. He understands how things are built and didn't just take a course like most inspectors. Incredibly thorough and very fast report delivery...weekend and all. Thanks so much Jim and we'll call you if we need your service again. Wonderful to meet you as well sir.
