JKG Home Inspection was the most recommended inspection service in the Anchorage surrounding area, so when my family found our dream house, we were quick to schedule Jim. He was very detail minded, polite, and professional. When Jim met us at our house, he took his time in first walking around to get a feel for the surrounding vicinity. Next, he walked our family through the house inspecting every nook and cranny. He pointed out several areas of concern that a layman wouldn't notice. As a result, when submitting the list of improvements to my real estate agent and seller, most important items were addressed and agreed to be fixed. I am grateful to Jim for his professional eye and job at helping us transition smoothly into our new home.
