Jim was a fabulous home inspector! As first time home buyers, he clearly walked us through his process and what his report would include. Within the first few minutes of meeting Jim, my husband and I had the utmost confidence in his ability. Throughout his walk-through, he demonstrated an extensive knowledge of all the building codes and safety hazards each area of the home could possibly exhibit if not built correctly. I would absolutely recommend Jim to anyone and everyone looking for a home inspector! Thank you Jim!!
