I'm so glad I had my Inspection done by JKG. Jim is friendly and professional. The knowledge I gleaned about my home will save me in the long run, and his report is thorough and easy to understand, prioritizing the important things with photos to illustrate issues. I have it saved now on my laptop and can show it to any subcontractor working on my property. I asked Jim to re-inspect after Closing, and this was also a good decision on my part.
