Jim did a fantastic job. He was very flexible and coordinated his inspection with several inspections happening the same day at the cabin. He explained everything and was very open to questions. We learned a lot from him as he talked us through his findings. And to cap it all off, his report was ready the very next day! I highly recommend Jim. Our realtor was right, he is the man to call!
